First time Phone consult (15 minS)

Free — To make initial contact, gather basic information regarding your counseling needs, determine if we are a good fit (to ensure that I can be helpful to you and you feel a good connection with me).

online Initial session (65 MINS)

$275— This is a longer session. We review your intake packet, discuss what brought you to counseling in more detail and begin to develop goals. We will begin to create a counseling plan and discuss how we will move forward in your therapy services.

ONLINE individual THERAPY SESSIONS (50 Mins)

$200— You will work with me on a one-on-one basis to address the issues that you identify as most problematic in your life. We will get to know each other and work together to tackle the issues and address negative feelings via a secure HIPAA compliant online platform. 

IN-PERSON WALK & TALK or coffee chat THERAPY SESSIONS (50 MINS)

*LIMITED AVAILABITY

$250 — You will work with me on a one-on-one basis in a comfortable setting of your choice (a park, a coffee shop, etc.) to address the issues that you identify as most problematic in your life. We will get to know each other and work together to tackle the issues and address negative feelings.

couples THERAPY SESSIONS (50 Mins)

*limited availability for in-person

$275— Online $300— In-Person *Limited Availability You and one individual of your choice (spouse, romantic partner, parent, sibling, friend, etc.) will work with me to address the issues that you identify as most problematic in your relationship. We will work together to identify factors that place strain on the relationship and work toward improving understanding and communication. Online services will be conducted via a secure HIPAA compliant online platform. In person services will be conducted in a comfortable setting of your choice (limited availability for in person services).
